Santas survive the holidays

This blog post does not require a lot of explanation. A bunch of people dress in Santa outfits and run a race through downtown. We have Mr. Claus and Mrs. Claus - some not very convincing in their white beards.

After the race, there is, naturally, a celebration.


Running of the Santas is not a uniquely New Orleans event, as there are 22 cities that host such a race, but we took the concept and ran with it, literally!
