A hard rain's gonna fall

It's been raining nonstop for three days now, but life goes on. I heard on the radio that the outdoor concert for Wednesday at the Square had been called off - too muddy to sit or stand on the grass, I suppose.

I bet the Times-Picayune delivery crew is keeping busy replacing all the wet newspapers. But the plants and flowers love it and the sewers, so far, have been able to keep up.

It's a warm rain so if you don't have boots, just take off your shoes! Here are students sloshing to class on Tulane campus.
