Almost every weekend in New Orleans has some kind of festival, so it goes without saying that practically anytime is a reason to put out a flag. This is a theory the flag store on the corner of Magazine and Jackson depends on and thrives by. Besides every inch of retail space being filled by a flag, the sidewalk is packed with every shape, size and description flag.
